There is a town meeting tonight for with one article from citizen's
petition. It is for the rezoning of 3.5 acres of land from industrial
to S-1 residential. The land is located off of Old Mill Rd., next to
Wood Lane and the Deerhedge run Condos.
The developers want to build 8 houses on this land. These 8 houses
would be a continuation of the subdivision they are currently building
which consists of 10 house lots. This article was on last falls town
meeting and passed by 6 votes., but was rejected for not meeting the
requirment for posting the notice.
The meeting is at the High School at 7:30 p.m..
