Must be Norwegian ;-) The version I learned as a kid:
"Fru Stikkelsruds ripsbusker og andre buskvekster ... "
(Translates to smths like: Mrs. Stikkelsrud's red current bushes and
other bush "growths" ...)
"Stikkelsbaer" -- another domesticalted berry bush (forget the English
word).
There is also this English one about "Does eat oats .." Anyone?

I have a rather long Norwegian toungue twister:
'Klokkene ringer ikke paa Ringerike, derfor maa Ringerike flytte til
Romerike, men Romerike rommer ikke Ringerike, derfor maa Ringerike
flytte til Ringerike igjen'
It is a medium toungue twister, and with some exercise it may be spoken
rather fast (I don't think my brother agrees on this :-)
A translation: ' The bells don't chime in Ringerike (small place west
of Oslo), so Ringerike has to move to Romerike (equally small place
east of Oslo), but Romerike can't hold Ringerike (that is: Ringerike is
bigger), so Ringerike has to move back to Ringerike.'
The two places are in fact two of the richest farming areas in Norway,
and they are not small compared to other places, but I'm from Baerum,
so to me they are small. (If some Ringe/Romerikking shold be offended.
