    Hello,
    
    	Is there a pointer to the whereabouts of the Alphaserver 250
    	documentation specifically the memory layout.
    
    	I have a customer who has had system crashes due to 660 type
    	machine checks.The error type is 207 indicating probably an
    	uncorr mem error at SEAR 1917bco.
