EBM3x-PA (Rushmore product) CPU slot in 19 slot backplanes

The EBM3x-PA SBC should be placed in the CPU B (ISA SLOT 1) slot in the NAMIB
and SAHARA 19 slot backplanes.
The ISA Slot of CPU A can still be used for a half length ISA option.
There is mechanical interference with the bottom of the SIMM socket and the
GND connector next to the CPU A PICMG slot. The metal TAB touches the GND
connector on the backplane, this will not cause any saftey issue as the
bottom of the SIMM socket is not electrically connected.
