Questions:
We are trying to migrate VAX to ALPHA. We met a problem.
In VAX, we can use RTL LIB$BBSSI. But in ALPHA, we can not.
use LIB$BBSSI. Why? Is there any way to solve this problem?

Is this a riddle? The lib$bbssi call works on both OpenVMS VAX
and OpenVMS Alpha, and its operation is compatible on both
platforms.

Unknown -- I don't know why you can't use the call...
