    Does anyone have the Datatrieve proceedure to do Bridge Reports?
    In mcc_repoets_files there is MCC_RPTS_BRIDGE.MENU, however if
    you look inside there is nothing there except the note that "Bridge
    Reports Options Are Not Implemented Yet".
