I wrote the following MCC_APPL_DECSCHEDULER.DEF file to allow
launching of DECscheduler from the MCC T1.3 Applications menu.
It works properly but I get a warning when I start MCC.
$ man/ent/int=decw
Aborting SAVE$:[FALEK]MCC_APPL_DECSCHEDULER.DEF processing. Button GUI
already defined.
[then the map window comes up and appears to work properly]
If I change the name of the button, I still get an error.
Does anyone know why?
MENU: Applications
SUBMENU: DECscheduler
BUTTON:GUI
ENV_TYPE: WINDOW
SHELL: SCHED/INT=DECW
BUTTON: Command
ENV_TYPE: TERMINAL
SHELL: SCHED
ENDSUBMENU
ENDMENU

| 4229.2 | but they're sub-menu choices... (?) | RUMOR::FALEK | ex-TU58 King | Fri Dec 11 1992 11:34 | 4 |
But the intent is to have 2 choices under the DECscheduler SUBMENU -
the DECscheduler windows GUI and the Scheduler DCL command that runs in
a terminal window. Notice that the two SHELL commands are different.
It works properly too, except for the warning message when DECmcc starts.

| 4229.3 | my mistake, two copies of the .DEF file | RUMOR::FALEK | ex-TU58 King | Tue Dec 15 1992 14:38 | 4 |
The problem was that I had 2 copies of the .DEF file - one in
SYS$LOGIN: and the other in MCC_SYSTEM: I got rid of one and the
warning message went away. All is fine now, thanks.
