I have a large customer who is requesting reports on traffic over his
CISCO and WELLFLEET routers. I attempted to export data which seems to
work fine (MCC_EXPORT.RDB is growing), but when I attempt to generate
reports using the reporting function I do not get any data. From
reading the notes I am under the impression that the report generator
is unsupported. Is this true? If it is then are there any ideas for
creating some reports which would look acceptable to the customers
upper management? Thanks in advance, this is a hot issue.

Ted,
Note 52 in the mcc-tools notes conference may help you and your
customer. It is a very useful (unsupported, but easier) reports tool
for decmcc.
