After creating that symbolic link in tools/mips_ULTRIX/alpha/acc/usr/lib/cmplrs,

Rich -
Cross build support is waning, but I do understand that people do still
have a need in some circumstances to do that. The MINOR pool has a different
structure for the tools than previous streams and we're still discovering
all the little hooks to put in to make things work proberly everywhere.
In this case the fix is simple. Go to
agosminor.bl1/tools/mips_ULTRIX/alpha/acc/usr/lib/cmplrs
and make the symlink
ln -s acc as
I have done that on this end also, but it hardly seems worth resupping
to get the link.
