Mike, it looks like this file never got checked-in, and it never made it
to the check-out or outdate phases:
    ./kernel/nfs/nfs_vnodeops.c

You'll see this file is in the hold but not in the the .bcssteps, and
the 15:01.Michael_Fairbrother file doesn't say already checked in, so
it was in this phase.  Looking at the rlog, your rev, 1.1.42.2 was
submitted into SECSB as rev 1.1.40.3.  You're lock on the file is gone,
so it appears the check in did complete.

Try doing the resub and see if it just works:

    bsubmit -resub 15:01 -date 6/30/93

if it complains about something like "./kernel/nfs/nfs_vnodeops.c" isn't locked,
try adding ./kernel/nfs/nfs_vnodeops.c to the .bcssteps file and trying it again.

Yesterday, I was doing a submit from my sandbox to a shared sandbox.
I forgot about it, and thought it completed on its own.  However,
it looks like it got stuck somewhere, no files left in my sandbox...
