Rich,
The pools are currently locked until BL7 is kitted. No one is in
the submit.acl for minor right now except Brett. Thanks,

hi,

they were not put into the submit acl list even though it is locked
anyway.  The mail you sent me stated user.acl which is okay but for
the submit acl's, you must send a request to the project leader and
the project leader will send a an okay.
