Lisa, the bsubmit command is indicating that the file you're trying
to submit is not part of the set which you're currently in a "workon" for:

    >> ./usr/sbin/netsetup/netsetup.c -- not in set.

This normally means you haven't done the bco/bci for this file from the
same set you're in during the bsubmit.

Doing a 
	% blog ./usr/sbin/netsetup/netsetup.c
and looking for the symbolic branch (set) name Lisa_Putera_setname, I
don't see any such branch.  It appears that you haven't checked out
(and in) the file?  (bco -u doesn't take out a lock or create a branch)

You can do the following to find out what set you're in:  the second
field shows the full setname, and should appear in the list of symbols
from blog:
	% currentsb
