I am a new  engineer here and my understanding is that
I need to obtain an initial access to ode before I
can request tickets or to try to check the files out.
I have tryed to use ode, but it would not recognize
my PRINCIPAL name.

I was advised to call Carol to get the kerberos access,
and that is what I have been doing.
I have started with sending my request to odehelp, by the way.

Can you help?

Is Carol not the right person?

Hi Josh,

Are you still the guy responsible for Kerberos passwords?  I was
trying to bco something into Gold & got back an error message saying
Principal expired (kerberos) for Craig_Peterson.

I admit that I haven't used it in a while, but I didn't think that I'd
expired :-)
