You tried to do your bsubmit while the RCS pool was locked [buffer had to
be rebooted]. If you try again now, it should work.

Also, I looked at this file and it looks like
Brian Nadeau did a submit to it this morning, which
is why you are being presented with a bsubmit. You may
want to bmerge with that file prior to your submit.
The build has been pushed back to 10:00. So that will
give you some headroom.

My last attempt to bsubmit to gold is still failing.
Here's the log:
$ bsubmit -defect goldos-3557-chs aha1740.c

It continues to give these error messages if I take the default of 'merge'.
I am leaving SHR and will not be able to try the submit again till 7pm.
Send me mail if you think there's still a way to submit the file.
(Darrell, this may not make it into Gold tonight. Can it be submitted
tomorrow and still get into Gold)
