I issued the following two attempts to bsubmit against ptacde.nightly:

[themas:(masinick) mas_cde(polish)] bsubmit -l -noauto-out -all -m "Fix 
Corrupt Polish localizations" -defect ptacde-32-masinick

Error:  You are trying to submit to project 'ptcde'.
        Your defect number is incorrect for this project.

        Please check your defect number and make sure your
        sandbox is backed by the correct project.

Why does it think that I'm using ptcde?!!!  I definitely do NOT want
ptcde, I want ptacde.nightly.  sbinfo indicates that my default_build:
ptacde, check_out_config: PTCDE;PTCDE_BL12;include
/usr/sde/osf1/build/ptacde.nightly/CONFIG, tools_path:
/usr/sde/osf1/build/ptacde.nightly/tools/alpha_osf1/cc/usr/bin:/usr/sde/
ode3.0/tools/alpha_ace/bin

So what gives?

As the ptacde BL4 window is closing, this has to be resolved quickly.
