Rich, if the file that was bcreated originally,
./test/shells_utilities/su_regression/SU_Regression.tar.Z
is the correct path, then there's no point to erase it and do a new
bcreate; it will just recreate the same thing that was created
initially.
If the path was incorrect, the old "bcreate -undo" remnant will get
cleaned up by a pool consistency check we run periodically. This can
be ignored and the correct path used.
If the content was the problem, then it just has to be replaced with
the right contents. The developer should just do a "bco filename"
(which will yield an empty file) and then put the required file in
place, and bci, bsubmit.
This file should have been created as a "binary" file, comment-leader
BIN. I've checked and it was. If a file is created with a comment
leader that is incorrect, it can be fixed using (bcs -c"..." file),
however I believe it's correct here, since a compressed tar file is
clearly a binary image.

A developer here is trying to submit a binary file into PTAQA.
However the file was not bcreated correctly. A `bcreate -undo'
was performed. The file in question is
ptaqa/src/test/shells_utilities/su_regression/SU_Regression.tar.Z
Can this file be removed from RCS?
This file must be submitted today.
