I have looked and looked and can't find the note where the upload area
on NORSE:: was announced.  I was trying to find out who to send mail to
when you upload to there.  I just copied over EFJ.ARC which is a little
game I downloaded from a local BBS.

EFJ stands for "Escape From Jovi" and basically involves piloting a
spacecraft up out of a maze of caverns against gravity.
