    After much $*(@$* around I finally found an old LAPTOP, Xircom adapter
    and coaxed it to work with PROBEWATCH.  (At least I got IP to come up)
    
    However, I try to add an agent and get the message:
    
          Cannot open agent file?
    
    In a box.
    
    I mucked with the HOSTS. file and added the agent in there as:
       16.68.128.112  probe.pto.dec.com probe #demo probe
    
    
    That is the ONLy line in the hosts file.
    
    I created an .AGE file in the PROBEw directory.
    
    It still doesn't like it.
    
    WHAT does it want?
