    Will HUBwatch/HUBloader/PROBEwatch run via a non-NIC interface?  I'm
    hoping to use these tools via Windows/NetRider, Windows 95/Dial-Up
    Networking and Windows NT/RAS.

    For HUBwatch for Windows V4.1, I'll answer my own question:  I
    installed it on Windows 95, and it's working like a champ via Windows
    95/Dial-Up Networking PPP.
