Hi!
A customer who's new in charge of his network wants to use the "Find
Address" feature of HUBwatch V4.1.2 to find out who and where are his
users. Meaning he knows an IP address (without knowing who it belongs).
What he does is the following:
1. he pings the IP address
2. he looks in the ARP cache and gets the corresponding MAC address
3. he uses the "Find Address" by MAC address to try to locate the searched
host but he gets a "address not found" (or something of the kind, I'm
not sure about the exact message).
Is this a feature or a bug (or something else...) ?
Pedro
