I'm trying to remove Borland C++ from my old machine and I have
one problem. For some reason, it has written a command to one
of the system files that forces the CD-ROM drive to have a disk
in it when it boots. I don't know why it does this but I having
difficulty finding the command. I would have thought that it was
in the system.ini file but I don't see it. Any ideas?
Frank
ps. this is windows 3.1 for work groups

Hi,
I used Borland c/c++ 4.0 at home for c program developping.
If what I remember is true, there are two entry in system.ini file.
copy from your borland's cd these two files for example in your c:\dos
directory
and change path in system.ini file.
Your problem will be solved ...
