Go to the Netscpae ICON, click once, go to the properties in Program
Manage and add -k at the end of the command line that starts up
Netscape.
The result is a menuless, buttonless Netscape running in KIOSK mode.
This was tried with Alpha and Intel versions of Netscpae V3.0x and
above.
