a log entry from a non .dec.com domain. Anyone have any ideas on:

A wild guess would be the "rdo" site, dial in server. Now maybe this
very old NCSA server cuts the access logs off at 36 chars but that would
seem unlikly.

| The bind adminstrator for rdo screwed up his pointer records. This
happens if you leave the trailing dot off the name.
