Did you know that with the latest (beta) release of Netscape's Web
Server, it is as easy to access CORBA based objects from LiveWire
(server-side scripting) using LiveConnect, as it is to access ActiveX
Automation objects from Microsoft's Active Server Pages (ASP)?
There is also a new CORBA based API, called WAI, which Netscape
claim is destined to replace NSAPI ... come along and see what you
think.
This stuff is all still in Beta of course, but it won't be for
long. Want to try it out?
The above, and a whole lot more, are the subject of the next Advanced WWW
Application Development and Integration course, to be held the 3-6 June
in Geneva, Switzerland.

Yes ... but you get one (from Visigenics) with the Web Server ...
supports both Java and C++ bindings.
The way that it works is that it that you can fairly easily talk from
LiveWire JavaScript to Java ... and if the Java objects that you
create, and invoke methods on happen to be stubs that can themselves
talk CORBA ...
