| I'd recommend using the external support forum for AltaVista Forum that you
can find from the AltaVista Software home page by pushing the help button
at the bottom, followed by selecting the "Technical Support" link.

| Any update on how to contact the AltaVista Forum people. I connect to
the AltaVista Software home page server. I tried sending mail to the
email address on the AltaVista Forum info page that comes up from my
Forum, but the address is bogus (fyi it's wgw-info@lkg.dec.com). If
anyone knows of a different email address to use or some other way to
get to the home page, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

| altavista-software.com goes to the same place as altavista.digital.com. Either
works. hq.altav.com is from people who haven't correctly set up their systems
to do correct reply-tos. It's what we're using for our 10 network inside
so those machines aren't reachable. There's supposed to be an MX record
for any altav.com addresses so they'd work as well, but it doesn't appear
to be correct at this time.
