    It's easy to order software internally for internal or home use.  Just
    use VTX IR either using SU or SP, or any other way, to get the Part #.
    Once you have obtained the part #, verify it in VTX Price and then use
    this form to automatically order from SSB:
    
    Also, note, you do not pay the Price listed in VTX Price.  I believe
    it's some fee to process the order.
    
    DO NOT remove the Handling Charge line on this form.  It's required to
