4423.0. "" not enough space" with java applet" by TIPTAP::SYSTEM () Tue Jan 28 1997 05:38
Hi,
A customer of mine has a problem with a JAVA APPLET on his WEB SERVER .
Configuration
-------------
System -> AlphaServer 4100
Op. Sys. -> Digital Unix V4.0
Netscape Web Server -> 2.0
Problem
_______
Random , when a client access a Java Applet page on the server , Netscape Web
Server goes in hang state . When the server is in this situtation the only
way out is to restart the Netscape Web Server product .
If he Connects to the administrator server ( port 8082) and selects:
NETSCAPE ENTERPRISE SERVER -> SERVER STATUS -> VIEW ERROR LOG ......
He can read the following error message ...
warning: trying to get / send file report error opening buffer from index.html
(not enough space)
The message on the client is the following ...
FORBIDDEN: yor client is not allowed to access the request object
PS:excuse me if I don't use the exact terminology but I'm a beginner.
Could anyone give me any tips ?
Many thanks in advance
Regards
