Does anyone know who runs www.service.digital.com.au? They have completely out-of-date DECevent information and broken kit pointers to boot. Of course I'm glad the pointers are broken but that's another issue. I've sent mail to the feedback address but gotten no response. Yes, I'm impatient, it's only been a day or so but we have customers complaining. liesl

I'm manager of the firewall near www.service.digital.com.au, so I can
tell you that the manager of the machine in question is Mike
Dransfield, probably accessible as mike@stl.dec.com, or
miked@stl.dec.com, but he is on leave and his backup changed jobs and
management didn't seem to reallocate the task.
The manager is Paul Pettersen, on GIDDAY::PETTERSEN.
