    I read Note 4119.  Is there documentation on how to get this to work
    under Windows NT 4.0 and Netscape Enterprise Server 2.0.  After 
    upgrading to NT 4.0 and NSE 2.0 the Tcl script gives the following 
    error:
    
       invalid command name: "cgi_get_query"
