I am trying to TELNET outside Digital and understand that I need the
cryptokey mentioned in note 535. The organization that I am TELNETing
too wants to know the IP address of the system that I am TELNETing
from. (They use this address for security . i.e. only allow certain
incoming TELNET addresses to log in.)
My question.
WHen I TELNET through the gatekeeper, what IP address will the
destination host see as my source IP address, my PC's addre3ss or the
gatekeepers
thanks
greg

The gatekeeper's. You actually telnet to the system, before you can telnet out. I use keymaster at CRL. Danny | |||||
