Is there an established mechanism for distributing electronic
copies of material obtained under non-disclosure agreement? What
I want to do is put on an internal web site some information
obtained from a handful of vendors. The various pages would
be protected by Purveyor access control lists. Technically this
isn't too difficult, the question is whether somebody has run
such a scheme up to the legal and security folks and obtained
approval...
Thanks for any suggestions.

According to what I read, you should be protecting the interests of
DIGITAL. Comply with the terms of the NDA. If the NDA does not
specifically mention electronic access, maybe you should ask the
vendor. Avoid sharing the vendor's information with anyone that's not
actively involved.
