Hi, I have a NT 4.0 (ALPHA) system on which I have NEtscape Navigator 3.01 installed. I have a problem that I was hoping one of you might have a solution for. Whenever I start up Netscape, I notice that within a few seconds the CPU utilization goes upto 100% and the memory usage counter starts climbing, till I get a locked machine. This problem started recently. It was never spotted before. I then installed the NT Service Pack 2 and also a hotfix (kernel). This has unfortunately not done much. Any tips would be sincerely appreciated, Arjo

Is your netscape perhaps set to load a homepage that's huge, for
example a dictionary of English words or an encyclopedia ?
I suggest setting your netscape preferences to null or default or
whatever it's called, and see if your problem goes away.
/Eric
