Hi,

A customer of mine has the following configuration :

Digital Unix V4.0b
Netscape Enterprise server V2.0
Netscape Proxy Server V2.0
Netscape News Server V2.01

He encountered the following problems :

1) Products : Netscape Enterprise server V2.0
  

When , from the server admin menu , he selects SERVER STATUS -> LOG PREFERENCES
then he press the OK button he gets the following error :

Java script allert : 
Form element missing : Format String
you must specify whether to include a format string or not

note : We installed in Digital the above products using the customer CD-ROM
       kits and we got the same problem .
       Could it be that V2.0 version tries to use a new form element that 
       has been added in version 2.01 ( the new form could be : "include
       format string in log file ?" )   

2) Products : Netscape Enterprise server V2.0
              
When , from the server admin menu , he selects SERVER STATUS -> GENERATE REPORT
-> then he press the button "OK" , he gets the following error :

Attempting to run:
/usr/ns-home/extras/flexanlg/flexanlg  -F -n www.cra.enel.it -x -i
/usr/ns-home/https-willy.cra.enel.it/logs/access -c hnrfeuok -t s5m5h10 -l

This may take a bit.

/usr/ns-home/extras/flexanlg/flexanlg: illegal option -- F Usage:
/usr/ns-home/extras/flexanlg/flexanlg [-n name] [-x][-r] [-p order] [-i file]*
[ -m metafile ]*
[-o file] [-c opts] [-t opts] [-l opts] [ Options marked * can be repeated. ]

note : We installed in Digital the above product using the customer CD-ROM
       kit and we got the same problem .
       Replacing /usr/ns-home/extras/flexanlg/flexanlg image with that in
       V2.01 kit the problem is solved 
 
3) Products : Netscape Enterprise server V2.0 
              Netscape Proxy Server V2.0

When , from the server admin menu , he selects ACCESS CONTROL ->
RESTRICT ACCESS -> then he press the button TURNED ON ACCESS CONTROL    
At this point he gets the following error:

java script allert : unable to create write acl
an error occurred while trying to create the ACL structures

After the above error, the server goes in OFF state . To restart the server he
has to comment the following lines in the file genwork.https-myserver.acl :

ACL https-myserver_formgen-READ-ACL_allow-6093 (GET, HEAD, POST, INDEX) {
        Default allow anyone;
}


NOTE : We was not able to reproduce this problem in Digital ( On our system
       with the same customer kit)




Could anyone give us any tips on the above three problems ?
