Hi,
	I have a problem with the netscape server from the IPS 1.1 Kit.
	In an HTML file the background and the bullet are not see when the web page are read
	from the Netscape Communication Server.
	The same page is beeing read correctly with the Purveyor Server or the OSU Server.

	Please have you information for this problem.
