    Howdy
    
    I've got a customer who gets the error message "error waiting for log
    file to be created" when attemting to run ns-setup as part of the post
    installation for the Netscape Communications Server on OVMS.  She has an 
    Alpha running OVMS 7.1, DWMOTIF 1.2-4, and Multinet 4.0.  Note 3828
    suggests the problem may be related to an invalid license but the
    customer's license looks okay.  The SPD does not mention Multinet as a 
    supported IP stack, could a problem w/ Multinet be the cause?
    Anybody have any suggestions about other causes or things to
    investigate?
