I just received a pamphlet in my Nynex phone bill entitled, "Equal
Access In-State Toll Competition is Coming to New Hampshire. The
Choice is Yours." Inside is a web address which I checked out, list-
in-state toll providers to choose from. There are millions of them.
Has anyone made the choice yet? How did you pick one? Thanks.
