After Backing up our WindowsNT 4.0 Server I was unable to restore the
Exchange Server.
It has now been 1 week of following restoration proceedures. The
following has been attemped as per
the Exchange Server Restoration Proceedures from the Microsoft Exchange
Server Administrator's Guide Pgs. 465-468.

Also referenced from Microsoft Knowlage Base are Article ID's:

All the above have been executed without being able to restore PRIV.EDB
& PUB.EDB.

The current error reads:

After referencing Q150880 XADM: Running Administrator from Untrusted NT
Domain.  I am Still unable to access the restored Files (The current
Username & Password, Site ID & Org. are the same.)

	-------- David, I checked with many of the folks here, and there is nothing specific in respect to exchange server on Alpha. I would suggest you talk to Microsoft directly in regards to this system management issue with your restore.
