    Brief Description of Problem:

  Gennady has questions porting "system level" code from VAX/VMS V5.5-2 to
OpenVMS VAX V6.1 or V6.2.  He just wanted to know if anything above and beyond
a recompile and relink would be needed.  He may try to schedule time in the
MRO porting center (if MRO has any old VAX systems kicking around), otherwise
I told him could place a special order for an OpenVMS VAX V6.1 distribution
kit and acquire a second disk drive to install it on.  Call closed...
